Kamakura Family Support Center asks you to provide us with personal information when you make inquiries or various applications through this website. The Center will handle all personal information collected in an appropriate manner in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations.
(1) Acquisition of Personal Information
The Center will acquire personal information through appropriate and fair means to the extent necessary for the Center's business, operations, and mutual assistance activities in accordance with the Rules of the Kamakura Family Support Center, after taking sufficient security control measures.
(2) Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Center will use the personal information it acquires within the scope necessary to carry out the Center's business, operations, and mutual assistance activities of the Kamakura Family Support Center. It will not be used for any other purposes.
Changes to the above purposes of use will be made only to the extent that they are reasonably deemed to be relevant, and in the event of such changes, in principle, each individual will be notified of the details of such changes in writing.
(3) Security Control Measures for Personal Data
In order to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and otherwise ensure the safe management of personal data, the Center will take sufficient security measures, including the establishment of rules for handling and implementation systems for safe management, and will take necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the data. If a problem should occur, we will promptly take appropriate corrective measures.
(4) Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
When providing personal information to third parties, the Center will not provide personal data to third parties without the consent of the person in question, except in the following cases

・Cases in which the provision of personal information is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
・Cases in which the provision of personal data is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual concerned
・Cases in which the provision of personal information is necessary for cooperating with national and local governments or their delegated agents in the performance of their legally prescribed duties, and in which obtaining the consent of the person is likely to impede the performance of such duties.
