To requesting members and both members

Once you have decided on the date of your support request, please contact the secretariat in advance to inform us of the date and time of your request.                                   Also, if the content of the request changes from the original request, please contact the secretariat.

To supporting members and both members

After the support activity is completed, please submit the "Support Activity Report" to the secretariat or the City Hall Children and Family Center by the 10th of the month following the month of the activity. (Close at the end of the month)

About advance notice of the date and time of the request

When the date and time of the support request is decided, please be sure to contact the secretariat by LINE chat from the requesting member. When contacting us, please inform us of the "member number, name, child's name, supporting member's name, and the date, time, and details of the request. If you do not contact us prior to the support activity, you will not be covered by the insurance. If you have difficulty contacting us on line, you can also call us.
